Questionnaire values as Template tag values

You may wish to style some questions in a yes/no format to confirm some action or thing was carried out but require the answer to be a specific value.

For example; if yes then the answer is a block of text. If no then no value is supplied.

This results in the template tag for this style of question/answer being able to include specific blocks of text or values if something has been confirmed.

Once a Enquiry Questionnaire has been configured; the questionnaire data is loaded once the case type is set.

For Enquiries submitted through the Rest API the case type can be set within the payload for a new enquiry.

If the use is creating a new enquiry/case manually; the user sets the case type and the questionnaire data is loaded.

The "At a glance" section under a new Enquiry will prompt users to select a case type:

File handlers should use the questionnaire to guide them through communication with the client and gather the required information.
