Template Tags

Template tags are used extensively within Luna, they are essential in creating rich template documents. Template tags are replaced with actual values when templates are linked to the case.

Each client on the case will have a set of template tags, for example: - The first client will be: client_1_<tag-name> - The second client will be: client_2_<tag-name> - The third client will be: client_3_<tag-name>

This also applies to third-parties: - The first third-party will be: third_party_1_<tag-name> - The second third-party will be: third_party_2_<tag-name> - The third third-party will be: third_party_3_<tag-name>

They follow the format <case_type>_<question_id> for example:
