Data Exports

Data export services are aimed at allowing 3rd party systems to query data from within Luna.

Frequently used by organisations using system such as Proclaim.

Database Replication

For businesses requiring more control over their data; they can request access to the Database replication service. Which allows a server configured as DB Slave (read-only) to replicate data from Luna.

This slave database can be used for their own internal requirements, custom reports, wallboard services, etc. additionally the slave database can be used within Luna separate read queries from the primary database easing system load.

For Luna's read access to the slave database; this configuration is only required in large scale deployments with read heavy operations.

Rest API

Luna's Rest API provides many endpoints for retrieving data about a enquiry/matter/case; system users can utilise this API to build their own reporting integration.
