Data Feeds
The Luna Data feed reporting services generates a variety of reports for core categories and against various periods.
The exports from these reports are generated daily and stored in Luna for retrieval by users with "reporting access".
Configuration options
Reporting categories and periods can be tailored to the requirements of a business.
Zero or more categories can be choosen; the reporting category generates a separate report for each choosen time period:
- current-week
- previous-week
- month
- last-quarter
- current-quarter
- half-year
- previous-year
- all
Zero or more categories can be selected from the following options.
- Marketing
- Enquiry document history
- Enquiry history
- User accounts
- Enquiry details
- Call activity
